Vladimir “Vlad” Tsakanyan, Ph.D., is a leading political scientist and strategic analyst specializing in the intersection of cybersecurity policy and international relations. His work focuses on understanding and navigating the complex challenges posed by digital interconnectedness and geopolitical tension.

Vlad serves as the Director and Researcher of the Cyberdiplomacy Strategy Program at the Center for Cyber Diplomacy and International Security (CCD-IS).
